As temperatures start to rise in the great state of Texas, I have to start thinking about comfort. I love sundresses, but have spent the last few summers trying to get into the habit of wearing more shorts. Of course I still enjoy wearing heels so these distressed shorts (CitiTrends) and white shirt (NY&Co) were the perfect combination to dress up. I paired this exact outfit with this pair of  Merla heels from JustFab (see below). As always. this outfit was budget friendly and each piece allows for a number of other options. Let the moments of “fun in the sun” begin!
