“I don’t think there is ever a wrong time for a polka dot” Marc Jacobs

I love the idea of polka dots. It’s one of the few prints/patterns I’ve worn in every phase of my life. I was able to score this blue and white polka dot skirt (direct link here). Although the shades of blue in my shoes (found here) didn’t not quite match, it still provided a nice blend to my ensemble. And of course, a crisp white blouse (here) will always gets the job done!
